Directs and coordinates activities of personnel responsible for formulation, monitoring and presentation of division budget. Directs compilation of data based on statistical studies and analysis of past and current years to prepare division budget and to justify funds requested. Reviews annual and intermediate division budget periodically to analyze trends affecting division budget needs. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
